My future
In this English 102 course, I learned the ability of being able to multitask. My first semester taking English 101 with Professor Brady, I did not have to be a multitasker. I also found out that I am considered a transcendentalist in my ideals. A transcendentalist is someone who does not conform to society’s beliefs of them. In addition to finding out I am transcendentalist, I realized how to compare complete different ideas to make them one and when my back is against the wall, I keep striving.
I realized when adversity is at hand or pressure comes from any angle, I could and will persevere. In addition to realizing I am perseverant, I realized I am perfectionist. As a perfectionist, I always strive to be great in anything I pursue. Whether it be reading or writing, I believe through this course I have enjoyed fulfillment. Furthermore, my writing has improved with my choice in vocabulary.
I have taken words such as like, get, and sort of out of my vocabulary. Increasing my vocabulary has made me enjoy writing again. As a result, reading has become more enjoyable, then when I started this semester. In five years, I will be 25 years old and a web designer. In the future, I see myself as an editor of a novel that hopefully will become the number one best seller.
